Daniel Robert Notley C.C.C. |
| For almost 20 years now, Chef Dan has refined his skills
in a number of Hotels in England and Ontario. He was also a
Chef Instructor for The Niagara Culinary Institute for the
past few years before joining Liaison College. |
Guy Gnadinger-Harris C.C.C. |
Chef Guy has been involved in the educational field of the
food service industry for over 20 years. He has been involved
with such learning institutions as George Brown College, LLBO
and the Peel School Board.
His career history includes such
positions as being the Executive Chef for the Queens Park
Legislative Assembly and the Executive Chef at Glenn Abbey
Golf and Country Club. |
